摘要 目的 研究cystatinB基因在人食管癌中的表达状况。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT PCR)方法检测 41对食管癌组织及配对食管癌旁黏膜和食管癌细胞系EC970 6和肺癌细胞系GLC82中cystatinB基因的表达。 结果 cystatinB基因在 82 .9% (34/ 41例 )食管癌组织中的表达水平 ,低于配对的食管癌旁黏膜 ,且与食管癌淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。在食管癌细胞系EC970 6有微弱表达 ,在肺癌细胞系GLC82未检测到表达。结论 cystatinB基因在人食管癌中表达显著下调且与淋巴结转移相关。 Objective To study the status of cystatin B gene expression in human esophageal cancer. Methods Expression of cystatin B gene was detected by RT PCR in 41 pairs of human esophageal cancer tissues, matched adjacent normal mucosa, human esophageal cancer cell line EC9706 and human lung cancer cell line GLC82. Results cystatin B gene expression was down regulated in 82.9% (34/41) of human esophageal cancer tissues while expressed at high level in all matched adjacent normal esophageal mucosa, and was significantly corelated to lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05). There was weak expression in EC9706 cell line and was not detectable in GLC82 cell line. Conclusion cystatin B gene was down regulated substantially in human esophageal cancer and was corelated to lymph node metastasis.
