摘要
为探讨肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)、转化生长因子 - α(TGF- α)、转化生长因子 - β(TGF- β)在肝再生中的作用及机制。应用流式细胞术 (FCM)动态检测再生肝组织 S期肝细胞百分含量及 HGF、TGF- α、TGF- β的变化。结果表明 :HGF、TGF- α浓度在肝大部分切除 6 h后达高峰 ,而 TGF- β2 4h后缓慢上升。提示 HGF、TGF- α、TGF- β分别通过不同的机制影响肝再生 ,HGF、 TGF- α为正性调节因子 ,TGF-
To investigate the roles and mechanism of HGF, TGF α and TGF β in liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy (PH) in rats, flow cytometry (FCM) technique was used to dynamically monitor counts of S phase of the cell cycle and the changes of HGF, TGF α and TGF β in liver regeneration model of rats with partial hepatectomy. The results showed that during the process of liver regeneration the increase of HGF and TGF α was prior to DNA synthesis. However, the level of TGF β was increased gradually after the DNA synthesis. HGF, TGF α and TGF β affected respectively the liver regeneration through distinct mechanisms. HGF and TGF α might be a positive regulator, while TGF β a negative regulator.
