摘要
为探讨鼻中隔偏曲对中耳压力的影响 ,对 31例行鼻中隔粘膜下切除术 (SMR)患者手术前后的鼻气道阻力(NAR)及中耳压力 (MEP)进行了测定和相关性研究。发现术前 NAR、湍流系数 K2 明显高于正常 (P<0 .0 5 )并与 MEP相关。术后 NAR、 K2 显著下降 ,MEP显著提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且 NAR、K2 的下降值与 MEP的提高值正相关。提示鼻中隔偏曲引起的鼻气流紊乱是导致咽鼓管功能障碍。
In order to study the influence of nasal septum deviation on middle ear pressure, the nasal airway resistance (NAR), middle ear pressure (MEP) and their relationship in 31 patients undergoing submucous resection of nasal septum (SMR) were evaluated pre and post operation respectively. It was demonstrated that NAR, and co efficiency of turbulent airflow (K 2) were significantly higher than normal control ( P <0.05) and correlated with MEP pre operation. After operation, NAR and K 2 were decreased and MEP decreased significantly ( P <0.05) and the improvementof MEP correlated with the decrease of NAR and K 2 ( P <0.05). It suggests that the disturbance of nasal airflow induced by nasal septum deviation is a major factor causing the dysfuction of eustachian tube.
