摘要
为探讨复发性口疮 (recurrentaphthous ulcer,RAU)通过中药治疗后的临床效果及免疫学变化 ,对 2 0例 RAU患者采用中药治疗 ,观察治疗前后的临床效果及 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果显示治疗前 RAU患者 CD3 、CD4明显低于对照组 ,经中药治疗后 CD3 、CD4有明显提高 ,接近健康对照组。提示 RAU患者 T淋巴细胞存在功能缺陷。中药治疗可以提高 T淋巴细胞功能 。
The curative effects and immune state of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) were studied. Twenty patients with RAU were treated with TCM. The clinical curative effects and the changes of T lymphocyte subgroups in these patients were determined. The results indicated that CD 3 and CD 4 in the patients with RAU before TCM treatment were significantly lower than in the control group. After the TCM treatment, CD 3 and CD 4 were obviously increased close to that of the normal controls. It was concluded that TCM therapy is effective for the patients with RAU and can regulate immunologic balance of the RAU patients and get better clinical effects.
