当归不同配伍药对当归-川芎与当归-芍药的药代动力学研究

Pharmacokinetics Study on Danggui-Chuanxiong and Danggui-Baishao

比较当归的不同配伍药对当归 -川芎和当归 -白芍中阿魏酸在兔体内药代动力学特征 ,结果显示 :不同复方配伍后药物作用的改变同药物体内药代动力学参数的变化有直接关系。提示中药药代动力学可作为研究中药复方配伍关系的一个重要手段 ,是探讨中医复方用药的内在规律 。

The pharmacokinetic features of ferulic acid (FA) in different prescriptions of Danggui, Danggui Chunaxiong and Danggui Baishao, were compared in rabbits in vivo . The results showed that the changes of the effects in a complex prescription were directly related with the changes of the parameters of pharmacokinetics in vivo . It was suggested that the pharmacokinetics of Chinese medicines could be used as a method for studying compatibility of drug combination, and as an effective way of seeking inherent law of complex prescription principle and of revealing the scientific theory in administration of medicines.
