摘要
目的 研究镍、铬、钴混合物对免疫功能的影响 ,对防治混合物联合毒性提供理论依据。方法 模拟金川矿区矿石中Ni、Cr、Co平均含量百分比 ( 0 2 6∶0 30∶0 0 2 ) ,连续 10d小鼠腹腔注射染毒。采用特异性免疫指标 :血清凝集素、溶血素、抗体分泌细胞、α ANAE+率、体内淋巴细胞转化率和非特异性免疫指标 :巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数 ,观察混合物毒性。结果 混合物可导致各项免疫指标降低 ,抑制机体免疫功能 ,尤以混合物大剂量组显著。结论 混合物在体内可能产生联合毒作用 ,导致机体免疫功能低下 。
Objective The effect on immune function of mixture of nickel, chromium and cobalt was studied in order to provide theoretic evidence for preventing and curing joint toxicity. Methods Several groups of mice were exposed respectively to NiSO 4, K 2Cr 2O 7, CoCl 2 at dose of 2.5, 0.14, 0.41 mg/kg and mixture of them at 0.09, 0.17 mg/kg(Ni∶Cr∶Co=0.26∶0.30∶0.02)through intraperitoneal injection for 10 days. Their toxic effect on the serum agglutinin, serum amboceptor, ANAE + ratio, lymphocyte transformation ratio, phagocyte ratio or index of mice were assessed. Results The mixture could make all of the indexes decreased. It suggested that the mixture could inhibit the immune function and that the inhibitory effect on immune indexes under the condition of simultaneous action of the three elements at this ratio be stronger than that of NiSO 4, K 2Cr 2O 7, CoCl 2 singly. Conclusion The mixture could lead to joint toxicity that lowered immune function of mice, and the type of joint toxicity on the mixture could be addictive function. As to the mechanism of the combined toxic effect should be remained to be explored.
