摘要
目的了解频谱分析对心房扑动、颤动心房肌不应期的评价的意义。方法观察34例心房颤动和6例心房扑动患者的体表心电信号 ,平滑处理并去除QRS_T波群 ,剩余信号构成心房扑动 (颤动 )小波信号 ,经快速傅立叶变换后得功率密度谱 ,在4~12Hz范围内确定出主要心房周长 (MACL1~3) ,在时域内测量F_F间期 ,计算其均值。结果心房扑动波和有序的心房颤动波的F_F均值与主导心房周长 (MACL1,DACL)高度正相关 (r=0.9876,P<0.01) ;心房颤动波DACL的范围为125~222ms。结论心房颤动波频谱的DACL可用于评估心房功能不应期。
Objective To find out evaluation of spectral analysis for atrial functional refractory period while atrial flutter and fibrillation happen. Methods Electrocardio_signal(ECS) were observed in 34 patients with atrial fibrillation and 6 with atrial flutter.After ECS was smoothed and QRS _ T complexes were subtracted,remainder consist wavelets of atrial fibrillation and flutter,then its windowed FFT points was computed in order to obtain power spectrum.In range of 4~12 Hz,major atrial cycle lengths(MAC L 1~3) were determined.In domain, F _ F intervals of patients with atrial flutter or frbtillation were measured by cursor in computer screen and calculated mean value of F _ F interval. Results There is a close relation between DACL and mean value of F _ F intervals(r=0.9876,P<0.01),range of DACL is 125~222 ms. Conclusion DACL may be used to evaluatee atrial functional refractory period.
