叶传蕙教授以祛邪为主论治慢性肾衰的经验

Prof. Ye Chuanhui's Experience on the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Mainly by Expelling Pathogenic Factor

叶传蕙教授在长期肾病临床实践的基础上．认为慢性肾功能衰竭患者多表现为“标急于本”的邪实征象，治本常缓不济急，主张当以祛邪为主进行治疗。文章着重介绍其临床经验，从邪壅三焦、风邪深伏、肾络痹阻等方面初步探讨了叶教授治疗慢性肾衰的经验。

Based on his long - term clinical practice on nephropathy, Prof. Ye considered that chronic renal failure is often manifested with predominance of pathogenic factor, and causative treatment is ineffective. So, pathogenic - factor eliminating therapy is recommended. In this article the clinical experience of Prof Ye was summarized, especially from the aspects of pathogenic factor accumulated in triple - jiao, interior wind hidden deeply, and obstruction of renal collateral.
