针推并治寰枢椎错缝19例临床观察

Treatment of Atlantoaxial Dislocation by Acupuncture and Massage: A Clinical Observation of 19 Cases

为了提高少年儿童的寰枢椎错缝的临床疗效，对１９例患者进行了针刺风池（双）、风府、哑门、天柱（双）、后溪（双）等结合枕颌牵旋侧扳复位法治疗。结果治愈１３例，占６８．４％；有效６例，占３１．６％；总有效率１００％；认为针刺配合推拿手法治疗本病可活血化瘀、解痉止痛、整复错移．治疗效果显著；同时也强调病愈后应保持坐、卧姿的正确位置．才能巩固疗效，防止复发．

Nineteen cases of atlantoaxial dislocation were treated by acupuncture of Fengchi(GB 20). Fengfu(DU 16), Yamen (DU 15), Tianzhu(BL 10) and Houxi(SI 3)after occiput -jaw lateral turning reduction. The results showed that 13 cases(68. 4% were cured, 6 cases(31. 6% )effective. the total effective rate being 100%. It is considered that acupuncture and massage can activate blood circulation, relieve spasm and pain, and facilitate the reposition. It is also emphasized that the patient should keep sitting arid lying in a correct posture so as to prevent recurrence.
