大黄延缓慢性肾衰进展临床观察

A Clinical Observation on Delayed Progressing of Chronic Re-nal Failure by Radix et Rhizoma Rhei

对４２例慢性肾衰患者分２组进行前瞻性对照临床研究，以观察大黄的治疗作用，特别是远期疗效，并探讨可能的治疗机理。通过２８月的治疗随访，结果表明：长期口服小剂量大黄制剂，能有效延缓慢性肾衰的进展，大黄组进入终末期肾衰（２．７％）明显少于对照组（５５．０％）

Forty - two cases of chronic renal failure were allocated to two groups for a prospective study of long - term action of Rhei and its mechanism. A follow up of 28 months showed that continuous oral use of small dosage of Rhei preparation can effectively delay the progression of chronic renal failure, the Rhei treatment group entering terminal stage of chronic renal failure was markedly less than that of control group(22. 7% and 55. 0% respectively).
