为了提高愈伤组织中总黄酮的含量 ,实现其商业化价值 ,本文研究了苯丙氨酸 ( phenylalanine,Phe.)、酪氨酸 ( tyrosine,Tyr.)对槐米组织培养中黄酮类化合物含量的影响。结果表明

The inducers(phenylalanine and tyrosine) how to affect the general flavonoids level in the callus of sophora japonica was discussed in this paper. The results showed that the flavonoids yield in the tissue culture induced by tyrosine was higher than that induced by phenylalanine.
