摘要
为了提高愈伤组织中总黄酮的含量 ,实现其商业化价值 ,本文研究了苯丙氨酸 ( phenylalanine,Phe.)、酪氨酸 ( tyrosine,Tyr.)对槐米组织培养中黄酮类化合物含量的影响。结果表明
The inducers(phenylalanine and tyrosine) how to affect the general flavonoids level in the callus of sophora japonica was discussed in this paper. The results showed that the flavonoids yield in the tissue culture induced by tyrosine was higher than that induced by phenylalanine.
