腹腔镜手术在妇科中的应用

The application of laparoscopy in the department of gynecology

目的 :为探讨腹腔镜技术在妇科中的临床应用价值。方法 :应用电视腹腔镜技术为 30例妇科疾病患者实施了腹腔镜手术治疗。结果 :手术及病理检查证实诊断 ,腹腔镜手术均获成功。结论 :腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、并发症少等优点 ,可代替妇科开腹手术治疗部分妇科疾病 ,治疗效果可靠 。

Objective To evaluate the application of laparosco py in the department of gynecology.Method 30 patients with gynecopa thy underwent the treatment with current laparoscopic devices and techniques.Results The diagnose was confirmed by the operation and pathological examination.All of the laparoscopy operation was successful.Conclusions Laparoscopy operation has its own advantage with slight trauma,mild pain ,early repair and few complications,can replace conventions gynecologic operatio n to treat partial gynecopathy,it is worth popularizing and applying.
