目的 :研究泥鳅多糖的护肝作用。方法 :用泥鳅多糖给小鼠灌胃 6d ,观察他们对四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺和 1-萘异硫氰酸酯致小鼠肝损伤所引起肝肿胀、血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶以及血清黄疸指数升高的影响。结果 :泥鳅多糖能明显降低模型组的血清转氨酶和肝肿胀 ,而且还能显著抑制 1-萘异硫氰酸酯引起小鼠血清黄疸指数升高。结论

To study the protective effects of the polysaccharides from the loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) on liver.Methods: Mice were given with loach polysaccharides by ig 150 mg·kg -1 and 450 mg·kg -1 daily for 6d respectively. Then, ip 10 ml·kg -1 of 2% CCl 4 /paraffin oil solution, 160 mg·kg -1 thioacetamide and 80 ml·kg -1 solution of 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate (15 mg·ml -1 ) in sela oil respectively induced liver damage. After 16h, the effects were observed by detecting the liver weight, jaundice index, ALT and AST in serum of mice. Results: All indexes of the model groups were apparently higher than those of the normal group. Loach polysaccharides could significantly inhibit the indexes from going up. Conclusion: Loach polysaccharides exhibited obvious protective effects on mice's liver.
