摘要
采用MTT法和流氏细胞仪技术 ,研究了斑蝥素对HL - 6 0细胞和QGY770 3细胞的存活率和细胞周期分布影响。结果表明 ,斑蝥素对HL - 6 0细胞的IC50 是 15 .34μmol/L ,对QGY770 3细胞的IC50 是 18.5 4μmol/L。斑蝥素处理HL - 6 0细胞和QGY770 3细胞 2 4h后 ,G2 -M期细胞分布都有所增加 ,G0 -G1期细胞分布都有所降低 ;斑蝥素处理HL - 6 0细胞2 4h后 ,G0 -G1期峰前有亚二倍体峰出现 ,说明斑蝥素在所用剂量下能够诱导HL - 6
The cell livability and cell cycle of HL-60 cells and QGY7703 cells treated by cantharidin was observed by MTT colorimetry and flow cytometry. We found that the IC 50 of HL-60 cells to cantharidin is 15.34 umol.L -1 and the IC 50 of QGY7703 cells to cantharidin is 18.54 umol.L -1 . After treated by cantharidin for 24 hours, G 2 -M period of HL-60 cells and QGY7703 cells all increased, G 0 -G 1 period of HL-60 cells and QGY7703 cells all decreased; The appearance of subdiploid peak proved the apoptosis inducing activity of cantharidin when it treated HL-60 cells for 24 hours.
