输卵管结扎术后盆腔静脉瘀血综合征患者一氧化氮和内皮素-1的变化 被引量:2

Analysis of Netric Oxide and Endothelin-1 Changes in Plasma of Patients with Pelvic Venous Congestion Syndrome after Tubal Sterilization

摘要 目的 :探讨内皮素 -1 (ET-1 )及一氧化氮 (NO)浓度在结扎术后盆腔静脉瘀血综合征(PVCSS)发病中的作用。方法 :应用放射免疫技术和 Griess法测定 1 2例 PVCSS患者的盆腔局部迂曲静脉及肘静脉血中 ET-1、NO的浓度 ,并与 9例结扎术后正常妇女 (NWS) ,1 0例正常健康妇女 (NW)进行比较。结果 :PVCSS组 ,盆腔局部静脉血中 NO浓度高于 NWS组和 NW组 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,但 ET-1三组间无显著性差异。外周静脉血中 ET-1、NO三组间无差异。结论 :在盆腔局部血中 ,NO升高 ,ET-1 /NO比值降低 ,使血管扩张 ,与PVCSS的发生、发展有关。 NO参与了 Objective: To demonstrate the changes of endotheline 1 netric oxide (NO) in pelvic venous of women and their effects on pathogenesis of pelvic venous congestion syndrome after sterilization (PVCSS). Methods: Concentrations of EF 1 and NO in pelvic venous in 12 cases of PVCSS were determined through radio immunoassay and Griess method with 9 normal women after sterilization and 10 normal women as control. Results: Concentration of NO in pelvic congested venous with PVCSS was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in EF 1 concentration among the three group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Higher concentration of NO and lower ratio of EF 1/NO in pelvic venous contribute to the pathogenesis of PVCSS. NO may be involved in the regulation of local hemodynamics in patients with PVCSS.
