小分子类神经营养物及其在神经再生过程中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 近年来研究发现 ,以前在器官移植手术中 ,用于抗排斥反应的一些小分子化合物 ,也具有神经营养的作用并对神经再生有促进作用。这些小分子神经营养物质 ,由于分子量小 ,一般为 30 0~4 0 0u ,能够穿过血脑屏障进入脑组织 ,发挥其生物活性 ,因此在神经生物学领域有着广泛的应用前景 ,已成为众多生物公司及研究机构重点研究、开发的对象。
