摘要
1974～1988年,施行18岁以上成人法乐四联症的矫正手术325例,占同期法乐四联症手术的19.4％。手术死亡率为2.5％。长期效果满意。重点讨论了成人法乐四联症的外科治疗经验。
In recent 14.5 years, corrective surgery of the tetralogy of Fallot was performed in 325 adults patients with age ranging from 18 to 44 years(19.4% of total operative cases of that disease). Operative mortality rate was 2.46%. Long term result was good surgical experience of the tetralogy of Fallot in adults is discussed.
