基于光码分多址技术的塑料光纤接入网探讨 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过对多信道光接入网复用和多址接入方式的分析 ,提出一种基于光码分多址(OCDMA)技术的塑料光纤接入网结构 ,同时给出了适合于多媒体信息业务传输的控制协议以及低成本的硬件实现方案 ,为实现光接入网的最终目标即光纤到办公室 (FTTO)或光纤到家庭 (FTTH)提供了一条有效的途径 . In this paper, plastic optical fiber access network based on optical code-division multiple access technique is proposed by analyzing the multiplexing technology in access network. In this optical access network, each optical network unit is equipped with a fixed optical encoder and a fixed decoder, both of which are tuned to the control channel. Each optical network unit also has a tunable optical encoder and a tunable optical decoder that can operate at any one of data channels independently. A novel protocol that can efficiently support real-time multimedia communication is presented for the encoders and decoders to coordinate message transmission. The effective solution to FTTO or FTTH is inexpensive and that gives us a new roadmap.
