摘要
夏克 -哈特曼 ( Shack-Hartmann)波前传感器由于其光能利用率高、结构简单等优点 ,是目前自适应光学系统波前传感器的主要形式。分析了像增强型 CCD( ICCD)波前探测器的光斑信号采样值的统计特性并提出了质心探测误差的数学模型 ,实验分析了 C2 1 66型像增强器 ICCD波前传感器的探测精度 ,并给出实验分析结果。结果表明 ,理论分析与实验数据非常一致。
The Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor is the most popular type in adaptive optics system operated with faint objects, because of its outstanding advantages of high efficiency, simple structure. The signal statistics of image-intensified CCD (ICCD) wavefront sensor is analysed, and a mathematical model of its measurement error is given. One kind of ICCD (C2166 type image intensifier from Hamamatsu Photonics) wavefront sensor is tested. The results show that the different pixel sampling values of ICCD are not independent statistically and the measurement signals don't fluctuation noises exist in the ICCD wavefront sensor. The measurement obeys the characteristics of Poisson distribution. Not only the photon noises and readout noises, but also the gain error is dependent on the light position in sampling window, and this error will be reduced at high gain of ICCD.
