摘要
采用五·三式滑膛弹道枪,0.7g重的钢珠,射击速度1300m/s,射击距离6m的致伤条件,对狗颌面部致伤。用高速X线摄影机拍摄钢珠穿过颌面部后瞬间的X线照片,并观察,记录局部伤情。结果证明,高速钢珠穿过狗颌面部时同样具有空腔效应。在撞击速度为1178.09m/s时,其瞬时空腔最大直径为钢珠直径的13倍,软组织的挫伤区范围达5~8mm,并认为瞬时空腔是造成颌面部伤道周围组织结构损伤的重要因素。
Wound were inflicted in the maxillofacial region of dogs with spherical missile 0.7g in weight with the muzzle velocity of 1.3km/s. Photographs of the temporary cavity were taken with a high speed X-ray cine-camera and conditions of the wound were observed with naked eye. The experimental results proved that temporary cavitation was produced in the maxillofacial wound. The zone of contusion of soft tissue was smaller than that of the extremity. The contusion zone of the skin and oral mucous membrane was l-2mm in width, and that of muscle was 5-8mm in thichness. It is suggested that the temporary cavitation effect is an important factor in causing structural injuries of tissues aroud the local wound track.
