摘要
以落体致家兔脑损伤。用干湿比重法及原子吸收分光光度计分别检测脑组织水分与Na^+、K^+含量,并用伊文氏蓝(EB)和胶体金(CG)微粒示踪,观察血脑屏障(BBB)通透性变化。结果表明,脑损伤后0.5h脑组织水含量即开始增加,伤后6h已十分明显,并有脑组织Na^+、K^+含量改变;BBB受损,通透性增高,有EB和CG微粒透过BBB。选用氢溴酸山莨菪碱治疗,能显著降低BBB通透性,对脑水肿有明显防治作用。
Brain injury was produced by a falling weight in 46 rabbits. Brain water contents were determined by the dry weight method, and their Na+. K+ contents were determined. We used both Evans' blue and colloidal gold as tracers for the evaluation of blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability in the present study. The preliminary results showed that brain water contents were increased at 0.5h after brain injury, and became more marked at 6h, concerring with alterations in Na+ and K+ contents. Evans' blue and colloidal gold passed through BBB due to an augmentation of BBB permeability in brain injury animals. It was found that anisodamine reduced BBB permeability, therefore advantagous in the treatment of cerebral edema.
