摘要
地方性城市商业银行是我国银行业的一个重要组成部分,然而由于其经营过程中存在行政干预,忽视金融创新、员工素质低且规模大,致使经营不善。面对激烈的银行业竞争,城市商业银行应树立“人才立行”战略,改进新的用人机制,加快改革,尽快提高其参与国际银行业竞争的能力。
City commercial banks in different regions are the important part of China’s banking industry.However,the government’s interference into its operating process,neglect of financing innovation,poor employees’qualifications and its large scale lead to the inefficient management.In face of the intense competition in the banking industry,city commercial banks should establish the strategy of introducing more intellectuals into banks,improve the new employment system,quicken the reform,enhance its capabilities to participate into the international banking competition.
