加入WTO对我省中小企业的影响及对策

我国加入WTO在即，我省中小企业管理滞后、经验缺乏、信用度差、融资困难、人才流失等使其在入世后受到重大冲击。与此同时，随着政府部门对中小企业扶植力度的加大，中小企业要充分利用好入世所带来的各种机遇，在经营策略上应以市场为导向，准确定位，积极创新，随机应变，留驻关键人才，使其在入世后更加激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

Pros and cons for medium and small－sized enterprises existe with China’s entry to WTO.Threats for medium and small sized－enterprises are resulted from backward management skills,lack of experiences,low credit rating,financing difficulties,brain strain and etc,Opportunities make it to full use governments’s supports to medium and small sized enterprises.In order to survive and develop in the keen competitive markets,medium and small sized－enterpises should adopt appropriate business strategies,such as market－orientaiton,proper positioning,active innovation,and quick reaction to market changes and favorable talent policies.
