消费结构问题及其经济学分析

The problems of Consumption Structure and Its Economics Analysis

我国消费存在着三大问题 ,即消费结构处于较低水平 ,延缓消费结构升级 ;消费差距扩大 ,加剧消费断层 ;消费结构分量扭曲 ,导致市场无效供给。通过运用经济学原理对以上问题进行分析表明 ,目前被锁定在储蓄中的居民收入是阻滞消费结构升级的主要原因之一 ,消费断层可以通过不断提高低收入阶层的收入逐步填补 ,结构分量扭曲所造成的低效率可以通过生产结构的合理调整加以解决。为优化消费结构 ,政府应制定切实可行的政策。

In nowaday China, there are three serious problems in consumption structure, which are: low level of consumptive composition, expansion of consumptive difference and twist of consumptive quantities. By analysis with the way of economics to upper problems, it is shown that one of reasons for slowing down the upgrade of consumption structure is the locked purchasing power in save sphere, that consumptive gap can be compensated gradually by raising income continually for the group of lowlevel wage, and that the problem of the twist quantities which causes low efficiency can be solved by adjusting the structure of production reasonably. China should make the suitable policy for promoting its consumption structure.
