现阶段我国信用结构主要表现出信用规模偏小 ,信用体系不合理 ,金融风险越来越大 ,金融中介机构信用度低等特征 ;目前我国信用形式和信用工具虽初步实现多元化 ,但由于制度安排和金融机构经营管理不善等原因 ,金融交易成本和风险并未能有效降低 ;随着我国经济规模的壮大和经济结构的完善 ,我国的信用规模将不断扩大 ,包括中小金融机构、外资金融机构在内的各种金融机构都将得到空前发展 ,金融市场体系将日趋完善 ;信用形式和信用工具的更加多元化 ,将会使金融交易成本和风险大大降低。

China current credit structure featured for it's small scale, illogical system, high financial risk and low credibility of financial intermediaries. Though current credit forms and tools have varied, because of the financial system and misadministration of financial institutions, financial transaction cost and risk have not been decreased. With the economic scale enlarged and structure perfected, credit scale would be enlarged, including the significant development of medium financial institutions and foreign financial units, financial market system would get complemented. Credit forms and tools would become various. All of these would decrease financial exchange cost and risk.
