摘要
可行性分析是现代经济理论和管理科学发展的产物 ,是房地产项目投资决策的重要依据。目前可行性分析存在可比方案少、分析不深入等问题 ,这主要是由于改革政策不配套和开发企业自身存在缺陷而造成的 ,必须从加强企业自身素质建设 ,规范可行性分析方法 ,完善政策法规配套等方面予以解决。
Feasible analysis is the product of development of theory in modern economics and management. It can provide an important decision basis for real estate investment. At present, there have few scheme and shallow in terms of feasible analysis. The main reason is reforms policy not fit and enterprise existing shortage itself. It can be perfected from improving its own qualities of enterprise and providing corresponding rules and laws.
