摘要
企业资源计划系统ERP以其巨大的潜在经济效益在国内外得到广泛的应用 ,但在实施过程中存在许多问题而导致ERP未能达到预期的目的。ERP中一个重要的部分是人力资源管理系统 ,其功能的完善和发挥对ERP的成功起到举足轻重的关键作用 ,因此在实施ERP中应通过建立符合企业实际的人力资源管理模型、完善有效的激励机制、加强员工培训等工作来加强人力资源管理 ,提高ERP的成功率。
The Enterprise Resources Project(ERP)is broadly applied both abroad and domestically just because of its enormous potential economic benefits,however,in the course of its implementation arise a number of problems,which prevent us from attaining our purposes.One important part of ERP is the man-power management system,and the improvement of its function is critical to the success of ERP.Thus while carrying out ERP,practical manpower resources management models should be built up to improve effective stimulating mechanism,to strengthen the training programmes of employees and the management of manpower resources and finally to raise the successful rate of ERP.
