经济领域的严重垄断现象特别是行政垄断 ,阻碍了市场经济正常秩序的建立 ,使市场竞争机制作用的发挥受到极大限制 ,消费者的利益被严重侵犯。在反垄断的措施上 ,要高度重视《反垄断法》的作用 ,尽快制定并实施《反垄断法》 ,用法律手段消除垄断现象。

The serious phenomenon of monopoly,especially administrative monoploy,in the economic field,has prevented markets from forming their normal regulations,prevented market competitive mechanism from making its most,thus the interests of consumers are greatly harmed.In the measures of counter-monopoly,great attention should be paid to 'The Counter-Monopoly Law' and plans should be made out to carry it out,so as to wipe out the phonomenon by means of law.
