精子功能分析3种方法的研究与评价

STUDY ON THE VALUE OF THREE KINDS OF METHODS TO EXAMINE SPERMAT-OZOA FUNCTION

报告检测精子功能的3种方法,比较分析了3种方法对生育、不育、妻子流产者男性精子功能的检测结果。不育男性与生育男性精子功能比较均有极显著的差异(P<0.01),与经典的去透明带仓鼠卵精子穿透试验(ZSPT)比较,3种检测方法均具操作简单,影响因素少,重复性好等优点。临床实用价值大,易于一般实验室推广。

In this paper, three methods were used to examine the function of spermatozoa of fertile and infertile males, and men whose spouses had had habitual abortion before. The results showed that there were significant difference of spermatozoa function between fertile and infertile men (P<0.01). As compared with ZSPT, these methods are simple, stable, repeatable and have pratical value and can be widely used in any laboratory.
