摘要
师资队伍的人数提高、学历提高、职称提高、水平提高却难以表现在教育质量的提高上。因此应对中国的教育教学观、知识观和师资培养作深刻反思。
The improvement of the teaching staff in aspects such as numbers of teachers,academic credentials,professional titles,learning levels,all can hardly be reflected in the educational quality,so we should reconsider introspectively about our teaching,our knowledge structure and our teachers' training work.
