摘要
在知识经济时代,决定经济发展的物质资源是高素质的人力资源。目前,我国人力资源的开发与管理现状严重制约着我国经济的发展。因此有必要采取相应对策,构建适合我国国情的人力资源开发新体制,迎接知识经济的挑战。
In an age of knowledge-based economy human resources decide the development of economy. The situation of our own exploitation and administration are badly holding back further economic developmentofourcountry.Itis thusnecessary to take corresponding measures to build a new humanresource administration system adaptableto thenational conditions so that we canmeet the challengeof the coming knowledge-based economy.
