Nd-YAG激光治疗支气管结核(附8例报告)

ENDOBRONCHIAL TUBERCULOSIS TREATED WITH Nd-YAG LASER

我院于1987年5月至1990年8月用Nd-YAG激光治疗支气管结核8例,其中增殖性肉芽肿型7例获治愈,瘢痕狭窄型1例无效,无明显不良反应。结果初步提示,激光治疗对增殖性肉芽肿型支气管结核是一种新的有效方法,可加速局部病变的消除,缩短病程,与抗结核药物治疗相配合。

8 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis were treated with Nd-YAG laser, from May 1987 to August 1090. Among them 7 were successfully cured, Only one patient, in whom there was scarred stenosis of the left main bronchus, did not show therapeutic responses to treatment. No severe complication was observed during or after the proceduce.Nd-YAG laser treatment provides a new curative method for endobronchial tuberculous granuloma To effect a complete cure, more than one year's antituberculosis therapy is necessary.
