中西医结合治疗成人膜性肾病30例疗效观察

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF TREATMENT WITH COMBINED TRADITIONAL CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINES IN 30 CASES OF ADULT MEMBRANOUS NEPHROPATHY

报告成人膜性肾病(MN)30例,着重探讨MN的病理、临床表现和中西医结合治疗的疗效。MNⅠ期13例,完全缓解11例(84.6％),基本缓解1例(7.7％),好转1例(7.7％);Ⅱ期13例,基本缓解7例(53.8％),好转4例(30.8％),无效2例(15.4％);Ⅲ期4例,好转1例(25％),无效3例(75％)。结果表明,其疗效与病理分期密切相关,早期MN缓解率显著高。随访29例,平均27.2个月,完全缓解16例(55.2％)。认为MN病人坚持较长时间的中西医结合治疗可提高疗效。

Pathology, clinical manifestation and the therapeutic effectic with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine were studied in 30 cases of adult membranous nephropathy (MN). 13 patients were in stage Ⅰ, and 11 (84.6%) showed complete remission, 1(7.7%) with improvement. 13 patients were in stage Ⅱ, and out of them 7(53.8%) showed near remission, 4(30.8%) with improvement, and 2(15.4%) with no effect. 4 patients were in stage Ⅲ, and 1(25%) of them showed improvement and 3(75%) with no effect. The result showed that the therapeatic effect was related more closely to the stage of pathology and the remission rates was highest in the early stage, We followed up the 29 cases for a mean of 27.2 months. Out of them, complete remission occurred in 16(55.2%). We think that the effect will be increased if the treatment was persisted.
