摘要
本文报告了臭氧在气态和液态下对HBsAg的灭活效果。空气中臭氧浓度为58.7±1.72ppm,作用30min,可使HBsAg完全灭活。液体中臭氧浓度为0.48ppm,作用10min就可使HBsAg完全灭活。这可能是因为被消毒物体上的HBSAg在溶液中更容易分散、有利于臭氧的杀伤造成的。作者认为,臭氧对HBs-Ag的消毒效果是肯定的,并为实际应用提供了较优选择。
The inactivation effect of ozone on HBsAg in gaseous and liquid condi-tions was studied. The results showed that HBsAg could be inactivated by58.7±1.72ppm ozone in the gaseous condition in 30 min, 0.48 ppm in theliquid in 10 min. The reason of the better result of ozone in the liquid condition may bethat dispersion of HBsAg on the materials to be disinfected was easier inliquid. It is believed that the effect of ozone is confirmable on inactivationHBsAg. The method can be selected for practical use.
