摘要
本文以高血脂大鼠,观察了血中丙二醛(MDA)、游离脂肪酸(FFA),胆固醇(Chol)和甘油三酯(TG)水平。高脂大鼠血清MDA明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并随血清Chol和TG水平的上升而升高;肝脏MDA也比对照组高(P<0.01);血清MDA与肝脏MDA无论是高脂组还是对照组,均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。本研究结果表明高血脂伴有脂质过氧化加重,观察到动脉粥样硬化疾病的高血脂学说与自由基学说间的联系。
This paper describes the observation of the levels of malonyldialdehyde (MDA), cholesterol (Chol), triglyceride (TG), and free fatty acid (FFA) in the hyperlipidemia rats. The results showed that the MDA in serum and liver was significantly higher in the hyperlipidemia rats than that in the control group, and the concentration of MDA increased with Chol and TG in serum. It suggests that the lipid peroxidation is enhanced in the hyperlipidemia rats.
