摘要
本研究表明,家兔亚慢性染毒三氟化硼三乙醇胺(TFA)可引起血清尿素氮和镁含量增高。染毒家兔肾小管上皮细胞浊肿、水变性,肾近曲小管上皮细胞内碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性明显降低,而酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性则显著增高。染毒动物肾小管上皮细胞基底膜增厚、基底皱褶间隙扩张,细胞内粗面内质网扩张,线粒体增多、肿胀和空泡变性,次级溶酶体数目增加。本研究提示TFA对肾小管上皮细胞的代谢可能具有干扰作用。
Boron trifluoride triethanolamine (TFA) is a new adhesive produced in our country. The adhesive has broad perspective in the study of national defence. TFA has been shown in rabbits to cause renal damage. The present study has observed that alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity and contents of urea nitrogen and magnesium in sera of rabbits were obviously increased when the rabbits receiving TFA exhibited cloudy swelling and hydropic degeneration in epithelia of proximal convoluted tubules. Alkaline phosphatase and succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) activities in epithelia of proximal convoluted tubules were and the rabbits markedly decreased, whereas acid phosphatase (ACP) activity showed significant increase in the exposed rabbits.The ultrastructural changes in kidney of the rabbits exposed to TFA mainly included as the following:the basement membrane of epithelial cells of renal tubules was thickened; folds of the basement membrane were reduced and interstices of the folds expanded obviously; rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum in renal tubule epithelia was extended; mitochondria of the epithelia was increased, swollen and vacuolarly degenerated; the number of secondary lysosomes was increased. The observation suggests that TFA may interfere with intracellular metabolism in kidney. This paper also discussed the mechanisms of renal damage in TFA toxicity.
