摘要
紧张状态使大鼠肝线粒体钙泵功能发生异常的改变。这种改变对机体有害。当在浓度为5.5~7.5×10~5ions/cm^3的空气负离子(此时臭氧浓度小于2ppb)暴露后钙泵功能会得到明显改善。空气负离子对正常鼠的肝线粒体钙泵功能则无明显影响。本实验结果提示,较长时间暴露于一定条件下的空气负离子对紧张作业人体可能产生有益的作用。
The function of the energetic dependent Ca-pump of the liver mitochondria was abnormally changed in rats under stress condition. This change was harmful to body. After exposure to negative air ions (NAI) at the concentration of 5.5-7.5×10~5 ions/cm^3 with O_3<2ppb the activity of Ca-pump was markedly improved. This effect was not observed in normal rats. This experiment suggests that a longer period of exposure to NAI might have beneficial effect on the people under stress condition.
