摘要
本试验的目的是观察饮用活性炭净化水的生物学效应。58只Wistar大鼠随机分成两组,分别饮用自来水和经活性炭过滤的自来水8个月,观察指标包括一般健康状况、血常规、血生化和组织病理学等,结果显示,饮用活性炭处理水大鼠的肝功能和生长发育受到一定影响。文中分析了净化水产生有害作用的原因并强调进一步研究确证的重要性。
The purpose of this experiment was to observe the biological effect ofdrinking water treated by GAC in rats. 58 Wistar rats were randomly di-vided into 2 groups, drinking tap water and treated water, respectively.This experiment was carried out in 8 months. The parameters includedhaematological, biochemical, gross appearance, histopathological changes andgeneral health conditions. The results showed that the treated water hassome harmful effect on animals, mainly affecting their growth and liverfunction. The posible cause had been discussed and the authors emphasizedthe further studies should be carried on in order to confirm these findings.
