摘要 本文是应用新研制的FNF絮凝-化学絮凝沉淀法处理高浓度淀粉工业废水的实验研究。对絮凝剂与pH、温度、时间、剂量等因素进行了实验观察,得出了影响因素的最佳参数,确定了工艺流程。处理后最终废水CODcr的去除率为85.1%,BOD_5为80.8%,其余各项指标均达到国家规定排放标准。出水无色透明,可循环利用。每处理1m^3废水获10kg干渣,可作动物蛋白调料。 In this paper a new method of FNF flocculation-chemical flocculationprecipitation procedure for treatment of wast water from starch industrywas reported. The relationship of flocculation with the factors such as pHand temperature of the wast water, duration of the reaction, dosage of thereagents, etc, was studied, and the technological process of treatment wasestablished according to the best conditions obtained. The rate of removalof CODcr was 85.1% and, of BOD_5 was 80.8%. Other indices of thewast water after treatment were all in accord with the national standards.The water became colorless and could be used repeatedly. Ten kilogramsof dry substance could be obtained from 1 cubic meter of wast water treat-ed and can be used as animal feed for protein.
