摘要
职工持股在我国已有十余年历史。它的存在有充分的理论依据。完善的劳动力产权是职工持股的前提 ,“单位所有制”是职工持股的现实基础 ,多层的分配体系是职工持股深刻的经济根源。职工持股的分割要遵循既定的原则 ,对不同职工分别对待。统筹兼顾 ,合理解决历史欠帐。最终目的是调动积极性。
It is more than ten years for the workers to hold the shares in China. Its existence has a full theoretical basis. The perfect labour force property right is the premise of the workers share-holding. ' The work unit ownership' is the present basis of the workers' share-holding . The multi-layer distribution system is the economic roots of the workers' share -holding. The division of the workers' share-holding should comply with the set principles and treat the different workers with different methods . The original arrears should be owed reasonably . The ultimate purpose is to promote the workers' activeness.
