论西北诸省区开发中的工业结构调整

The Industrial Structure Adjustment in Developing the Northwest Areas

在分析西北五省区经济运行质量较低及其原因的基础上 ,本文针对西部开发面临的大好发展机遇 ,提出各省区应根据本地区生产力发展水平和特点 ,重新安排工业产业结构 ,并就工业产业结构新模式的特点进行了论述。

On the basis of analysing the reason why the economic operation quality is low in Northwestern Provinces,this article discusses the favourable advantage in developing the western area and points out that the provinces concerned should rearrange the industrial structure according to the its own productivity level and features,and in the end discusses the characteristic of the new industrial structure model.
