摘要
将碘化丙啶(PI)注入大鼠肺内,双苯甲亚胺(Bb)注入右侧2~6肋间神经或/和双侧外耳皮肤。于双侧C_1~T_(11)背根神经节、迷走神经上、下节发现PI标记细胞;右侧T_(1~8)背根节、双侧迷走神经上、下节发现Bb标记细胞;PI/Bb双标细胞见于右侧T_(1~8)背根节及迷走神经上、下节。同一切片用PAP方法证实,部分PI/Bb双标细胞为降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应阳性。
Propedium iodide(PI) was injected into the lung of adult rats, and bisbenzamide(Bb) was injected into bilateral T_(2-6) intercostal nerves and/or the subcutis of bilateral external ears two days later.PI labeling neurons were found in C_1-T_(11) dorsal root ganglia, bilateral vagal superior and inferior ganglia. Bb labeling cells were observed in right T_(1-8) dorsal root ganglia and vagal sensory ganglia. By means of immunohistochemical PAP method for demonstration of CGRP consecutively, we found some double-labeled neurons were positive for this bioactive peptide.
