摘要 本文用透射电镜观察了人小脑颗粒细胞的超微结构。在人的颗粒层中存在少量髓化的颗粒细胞。它们中有的被髓鞘完全包绕,有的被部分包绕,可以观察到有的髓化颗粒细胞的髓鞘来自二个小的有髓纤维。还观察到极少的颗粒细胞具有典型的核仁。 The fiene structure of the granular cells in cerebellar cortex was studied by meas of tranmission electron microscopy.Ensheathed profiles of the granular cells were observed. They are surrounded completely or partially by myelin.In several cases of partially ensheathed cells the myelin is clearly derived from extensions of myelin sheathes that surroud small caliber axons. A few of granular cells have typical nucleolus.
