摘要
用WGA-HRP、CB-HRP及HRP法顺行追踪了斜角带核垂直支的传出纤维联系,结果如下:1.一些标记纤维进入海马伞和穹隆,分布到海马等结构,2.有些标记纤维经扣带束终于扣带皮质前、后部;3.较多的标记纤维行走于髓纹内,终于丘脑带旁核、丘脑内侧核及丘脑内侧核内、外侧部。斜角带核垂直支腹侧部有大量纤维经髓纹终于外侧缰核内侧部,仅少量纤维终止在内侧缰核;4.一些标记纤维加入内侧前脑束,分布于下丘脑外侧核、被盖腹侧区及脚间核。此外,斜角带核垂直支还投射到中缝核、室周核、中央灰质、杏仁复合体的某些部分及蓝斑。
The efferent connections of the VDB in the rat wcre studied with HRP, WGA-HRP and CBHRP methods.The results obtained were as follows : 1.Some labelled fibers enter both the fimbria fornicis and fornix and distribute to the hippocampus etc. 2. Some fibers enter the fasciculus cinguli to be distributed to the anterior cingulate cortex and the posterior cingulate cortex.3.Some fibers enter the stria medullaris which they follow to the thalamic paratenial nucleus, medial thalamic nucleus, the medial part and lateral part of medial thalamic nucleus.The ventral part of VDB projects to habenula(mainly the lateral habenular nucleus). 4. Some fibers join the medial forebrain bundle and distribute to the lateral hypothalamic nucleus, ventral tegmental area etc.
