摘要
心钠素是一种由心脏分泌的激素,具有利钠、利尿等多种重要的生理功能。本文应用先进的免疫金技术,在电镜水平上对心钠素在大鼠心肌细胞中的定位和分布进行了探讨。观察结果表明,心钠素分泌颗粒呈圆形,有单位膜包绕,直径约在200-500nm之间,分布于心房肌细胞的肌浆内,尤以核旁最为多见。其次,在肌原纤维间及肌膜下亦可见到。大鼠心钠素与α-人心钠素有完全交叉反应。本文观察结果为今后利用大鼠作为动物模型,深入开展心钠素的研究提供了参考材料。
By utilizing the advanced immunogold technique, cardionatrin localization and distribution have been performed in the heart muscle cells at electron microscopic level.The cardionatrincontaining secretory granules, surrounded by a unit membrane, were round in shape, with the diameters ranging from 200-500 nm.The granules were found to be mainly concentrated in the atrial cardiocyte sarcoplasm near the nucleus. Moreover, the distribution beneath sarcolemma and among myofilaments was also seen. The data obtained in the present study might provide references for the further investigations of cardionatrin, which involve the rat as an animal model.
