摘要
用二氧化碳激光或手术刀作胃壁切开缝合术。术后脾的改变最为明显,淋巴结次之。胸腺未见改变。激光组比手术刀组的体液免疫反应快,应急能力强。在免疫反应过程中,巨噬细胞与淋巴细胞及肥大细胞的数量改变。提示它们之间功能上有相互作用。
Stomach incisions were made with carbon dioxide laser or scalpel respectively and then sutured. After operation, the changes in the spleen were the most obvious, and in the lymph node secondary. There was no change in thymus.The humoral immune reaction of the laser group was faster than that of the scalpel group, and its ability of response to stress was greater.In the process of immune response, the changes in the number of macrophages, lymphocytes and mast cells show that they are influenced with each other functionally.
