摘要
本文用QTM520全自动图像分析仪和人工计数方法,观察了30只SD雄性大鼠坐骨神经左侧横断无张力外膜缝合和右侧切除3mm有张力缝合后经高压氧治疗有髓纤维再生情况。发现高压氧不但能促进神经再生,而且可以克服一定程度张力对神经再生的阻碍作用。实验为临床周围神经损伤的手术和治疗提供了新的可能,有深入研究的价值。
The Myelinated fibre regeneration of sciatic nerve, in hyperbaric oxygen treatment after nerve trauma, was studied in 30 SD male rats by using QTM520 automatic image analysis system. The number of nerve fibers was also counted.A. 3mm long segment of the right nerve was resected and then sutured under tension while the left nerve was cut merely and then its epineurium was sutured without any tension.It was noted that hyperbaric oxygen could not only accelerate nerve regeneration, but also made less prohibition to the nerve regeneration after suture under tension. The study would give new methods for clinical operation and treatment in peripheral nerve trauma,More studies are worth doing iudeed.
