大脑上静脉在上矢状窦各段内开口的观察

THE OBSERVATION OF THE ORIFICES OF THE SUPERIOR CEREBRAL VEINS IN SUPERIOR SAGITAL SINUS

本文利用手术显微镜对30例成人上矢状窦前、中、后三段内的大脑上静脉开口进行了观察。其开口较集中于窦前段的前2/3和窦后段的前1/3。在窦前段的后1/3和窦后段的后2/3内,静脉开口稀疏,甚至无。在窦中段静脉开口较为分散。静脉在窦内开口的位置,从窦前段到中、后段,有由高变低的趋势,即从窦的侧角和侧壁上份移向侧壁下份和尖。本文还观察了静脉开口的形态和方向,并讨论了有关上矢状窦各段手术时,选择部位的问题。

The position of the orifices of the superior cerebral veins in the superior sagital sinus was observed and measured in thirty normal adult specimens under the operating microscope(10x). The superior sagital sinus might be divided into anterior, intermediate and posterior portions. The position of the orifices of those veins rather concentrated in the anterior two-thirds of the anterior portion and the anterior one-third of the posterior portion.They presented scarcely even none in the rest part of above two portions. They occurred dispersively in the intermediate portion. The position of the orifices of the veins was getting lower from the corner ane superior part of the lateral wall of the anterior portion to the inferior part of the lateral wall and apex of the intermediate and posterior portions. The shape and direction of the orifices had been studied. The selection of the part of the three portions during operation was discussed.
