小鼠食道上皮中郎格罕氏细胞的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用ATP酶法,观察了不同日龄小鼠食道上皮中郎格罕氏细胞(LC)的位置、形态和分布。食道上皮中LC位于上皮基底层浅方,为树枝状细胞,胞体不规则,有1-4支突起。小鼠食道LC的形态和密度与小鼠日龄和食道部位有关,14日小鼠食道下端上皮中有LC分布,60日组、150日组LC最多,360日组LC减少。食道下端LC分布密度大,向上渐释少。食道LC在消化道免疾中起重要作用。 We have observed the morphology, location and distribution of the Langerhans'cells (LCs)in the esophageal epithelium of different day-age mice by using the method of ATP ase histochemistry. The results showed that LCs are dendrite-like cells with irregular body and 1—4 processes. The shapes and densities of LCs are related to the age of the mice and LCs location in the esophagus. 14-day-old mice were first found have LCs in their lower section of esophagus; and 60-day-old and 150-day-old group mice were found have denseliest distributing LCs in their esophagus; however, the number of LCs in 360-day-old group were found less. We also found that LCs scatter more and more sparsely from the lower section to the upper section of esophageal epithelium. LCs play an important role in the digestive tract immunoresponsibility.
