摘要
我们测量了生后3周到3个月S、D鼠的室间隔游离心肌细胞,发现:随着实验动物年令的增加,室间隔心肌细胞的体积、长度、横切面积、表面积和宽度都有明显的增加,而室间隔心肌细胞的平均厚度增加不显著,其中,以室间隔心肌细胞的表面积增加更为显著,同时也注意到:90%以上的室间隔心肌细胞形态上呈杆状,有两个核,其中那些形态上呈现梭形,多极形及分义型的心肌细胞属于特殊传导系的心肌细胞。
The isolated myocytes in interventricular septum which were from 3 weeks to 3 month in age after birth in Sprague Dawley rats heart were studied,the results were as follows:
1.The cell length,cross-sectional area,surface ares and the cell width were remarkable enlargement accompany with the increased myocyte volume in the interventricular septum except the cell thickness.Among them,the cell surface area developed more rapidly.2.More than 90% of the cardiac myocytes in the interventricular septum are rod in cell shape and most of them have two nuclei.3.Some myocytes appear to be multiangular shape,spindle in shape or branch-like in shape,this special kind of cells belong to the special conductive system,
